Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. During peak holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Multiple shipping options are available. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting UPS for faster, more reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Butterfly Cutz LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages Butterfly Cutz LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at support@butterflycutzllc.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
