Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 1 day of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We stand behind our work and will do everything we can to make it right! Reach us at support@butterflycutzllc.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Personalized & Custom Orders

 Because each piece is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Please double-check all personalization details (names, initials, sayings, fonts) before submitting your order.

Order Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Butterfly Cutz LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
